1. Descripition

This chuck is designed for laser pipe cutting equipment. It can realize quick clamping and loosening by rotating air intake from the side, disconnet the air source before working. It is controlled by switching single and double cylinders, which produces differentc clamping forces, which has more advantages of clamping thin-walled tubes and heavy-duty pipes.

This chuck is gear and rack structure the compared with other chucks, the bearing is much bigger than others'. The its thickness is also thinner than others', so it has lower noise when rotating. The base bracket is integrated with motor base, and it has good ability of dustproof. It also cause large bearing capacity and good stability when rotating.
